Outcomes
Participants will learn the skills necessary to use E-mail, Newsgroups and the World Wide Web on the Internet. This course also includes an optional second day introducing Advanced Internet Concepts - contact iTeam for details about the Advanced session.
Prerequisites
Windows (95/98/NT 4) introduction, or equivalent knowledge.
What should you be familiar with?
An introductory windows based wordprocessing package (such as Lotus WordPro or Microsoft Word) is strongly suggested
